Applicants must provide a government-issued ID, proof of income (such as bank statements, pay stubs, a notarized CPA letter, or a W-2), and in some cases, proof of rental history. Additional documentation may be requested as needed.
Applicants must earn 40 times the monthly rent, and guarantors must earn 80 times the monthly rent. Applicants using assets instead of employment income must show assets equal to 40 times the annual rent.
Pet policy per lease: 2 pet limit. Pets must be registered.
Breed restrictions of: Pit bulls, Bull Terriers, Mastiff, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chow Chows and Rhodesian Ridgebacks.
No exotic or wild animals.
Residents shall be responsible for pets at all times and must curb their animal.
There is no pet fee or pet deposit.
Maintenance requests can be submitted through the resident portal.
Select apartments include an in-unit washer and dryer.
All Rudin Residential buildings offer 24-hour maintenance coverage, though there is not a live-in resident manager at every property.
Yes. Residents can pay rent through Bilt and earn rewards for each payment.
